Q1. What is the concept of 2SmiLe as a men's relaxation salon?

A. 2SmiLe is a male-focused relaxation salon committed to helping you relax both mentally and physically and leave with a smile. We offer a wide range of services, including classic Body Massage, Foot Reflexology, Aroma Treatment, and specialized treatments like Karsai Nei Tsang and Jap Kasai, all provided by a male therapist to offer high-quality care in a comfortable atmosphere.


Q2. What are your business hours, and what is the last reception time?

A. Our hours of operation are from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM. The last reception time is 7:00 PM. Please check our website for irregular holidays. Please note that we may be able to accommodate requests outside of business hours if you contact us in advance.


Q3. Where is the salon located? Do you have parking or is it near a station?

A. We are located in Omoromachi, Naha City. We are conveniently located within a 5-minute walk from Omoromachi Station (Yui Rail). We do not have a private parking lot, but there are several coin parking lots nearby for your use.


Q4. I am in Okinawa for a business trip or travel. Can I still visit the salon?

A. Yes, absolutely welcome! We will thoroughly care for your body tired from business trips or travel. We have many customers visiting from outside Okinawa and overseas, so please feel free to stop by.


Q5. Do you accept credit cards or e-money for payment?

A. Yes, we accept various payment methods, including major credit cards, e-money (electronic payment), and QR code payments. Please inquire for details upon reservation or arrival.


Q6. Is same-day booking possible? And what is your cancellation policy?

A. Same-day reservations are welcome. Please contact us as early as possible, as availability is subject to change. While we do not charge a cancellation fee, we kindly ask that you contact us promptly if you must cancel your appointment.


Q7. Is support available in English or other foreign languages?

A. Yes, English support is available. Our communication is at a conversational level, so international customers can feel secure and relaxed during their visit.
