Here is the profile of "Tsubasa," the sole therapist at 2SmiLe, along with his commitment to the treatment and the reasons why he specialized in men's relaxation, particularly Karsai Nei Tsang. We aim to share the therapist's passion so you can receive our services with confidence.

Q1. What is the background and qualification of "Tsubasa," the therapist in charge of the treatments?

A. "Tsubasa" is originally from Kanagawa Prefecture and moved to Okinawa in 2020. Having primarily worked in the customer service industry, he excels at creating a welcoming atmosphere where clients feel comfortable and ensuring a pleasant and comfortable experience. Thanks to his study abroad experience, he can speak some English. He loves colorful things, design, and eating! He has acquired professional diplomas in Karsai Nei Tsang and Jap Kasai, and continuously refines his skills and knowledge.

Q2. Why did you decide to specialize in men's relaxation, especially Karsai Nei Tsang?

A. While I personally enjoy receiving massages, I feel that having a same-sex therapist allows for deeper relaxation without feeling constrained or awkward. I believe many men feel the same way, and there are still few shops specializing in men's aroma therapy. Furthermore, as I entered my 40s, I realized that male-specific concerns become more common. This inspired a strong desire to use Karsai Nei Tsang and Jap Kasai to more deeply address and support our clients' unique male wellness concerns.

Q3. What is the most important motto or principle you cherish in your practice?

A. My motto is, "Not just relaxation, but ensuring every client leaves genuinely feeling that their visit was worthwhile." While technical skill is important, I strive to always wear a smile so clients feel healed and happy. I have often been described as having a "calming presence," which I leverage to provide high-quality care.

Q4. Is it possible to specifically request "Tsubasa," and is there a nomination fee?

A. Currently, I ("Tsubasa") am the only therapist at the salon, so I will be the one performing all treatments. There is no nomination fee. I am committed to continuous improvement to ensure maximum client satisfaction.
